Overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, Alana and Nicola’s celebration was a masterclass in destination wedding elegance. Their garden wedding in Sardinia was held in the lush seaside grounds of a private villa called Villa Eura located in Pula, where natural beauty and refined styling came together in perfect harmony.
The ceremony took place on a verdant lawn just steps from the beach, with the soothing sound of waves creating an effortlessly romantic atmosphere. Guests were then welcomed to an aperitif and open-air dinner beneath the shade of maritime pines, a setting that blended relaxed island charm with understated sophistication.
Every detail was curated with exceptional taste. The floral arrangements showcased a delicate mix of soft pastels and warm tones, echoing the surrounding landscape. The colour palette was inspiring by earthy tones – lots of greens, terracotta/orange and pops of pink from the Lillies.
The bride wore a butter/champaign silk wedding dress. Bridesmaids wore wore all different shades of greens satin gowns, each holding a bouquet that gracefully transitioned from blush pink to deep crimson—a subtle yet striking contrast.
One of the most memorable touches was the ambient lighting installation adorning the wall behind the two imperial dinner tables. As twilight descended, it cast a golden glow that elevated the scene to something truly magical.
After dinner, the energy shifted to celebration. The garden lawn by the sea transformed into a dance floor under the stars, where laughter and music filled the night air. Guests, many of them visiting from the UK, were especially enchanted by the artisanal gelato served from a vintage cart by the renowned “Fenu” gelateria of Cagliari.
